Against Min Min, approach from above with Side B. You can mix up whether you approach fully or feign approach by jump cancelling Side B to retreat. Save your double jump for after Side B.

Focus on Edgeguarding. Get Min Min off-stage and force her to use up resources. Once she needs to snap to ledge with Up B, use an aerial like Nair near the ledge to hit her on her way up.
