Up smash on Pyra's up b should work to punish landing if used right, then a forward smash down angled to try a shield break if needed should give Pyra a hard time, and if you can Mac's side b to kill

Dodge, sheild, counter, or if you like to play agrassive use a forward smash to get out of her forward smash the once that is out of the picture go all in
