Pichu's Counter Picks

Neutral air is really good, it attacks on all sides, doesn’t damage Pichu, and can be very useful in strings and combos, which are a big part of Pichus play style.

Pichu is a Glass Cannon. You damage yourself and you're the lightest character in the cast. The key is to be aggressive! Utilise Pichu's speed and aerial game to deliver high damage strings of moves.

Don't be afraid to go off-stage, Pichu's recovery is very good and will allow for easy edge-guards.

Pichu's forward tilt is a pain in the arse. It can trip, 2 frame and has electric proprieties which adds more shieldstun.

Pichu has some of the best combo game in all of smash! Lots of things can come out of a simple down tilt or grab, so make sure you make it count. Pichu also has incredibly good jab lock combos/setups!
