In the matchup against Snake, leverage Bowser's powerful grab game to punish Snake's tendency to use grenades. When you grab Snake while he’s holding a grenade, down throw him to trigger an explosion that sends him upwards, allowing you to follow up with a back air for significant damage. Be aggressive, as Bowser's weight and strong hitboxes can overwhelm Snake, especially if you avoid his C4 traps. Keep the pressure on, and watch for opportunities to use Bowser’s flame breath to zone out Snake and negate his projectile game.
Tips for Bowser vs Snake
If you grab Snake when he is holding a grenade you can down throw which will explode the grenade launching Snake in the air (not you) which will allow you to combo into a back air off of it.
Go all out and brutal this usually works against most opponents considering bowser’s weight and hit boxes. Snake being a moderate character with a decent hit box will most likely use a c-4 to counter.
