your best bet is to stay below joker and try to keep him in the air or if he tries to guard try your best to fake him out. other than that stay at a distance
Jokers will most likely try to rebels guard your gordos. Throw out close gordos to bait out their rebels guard and grab them.
Rebel's guard is Joker's best move against Dedede because most of your attacks are slow enough to react to. Be extra patient and try to bait it out before committing.
