In the matchup against Zelda, King K. Rool should focus on using his armor and heavy attacks to absorb projectiles while closing the distance. His neutral special, Blunderbuss, can help disrupt Zelda’s zoning by sucking in her projectiles and allowing for counterplay. When she uses Phantom or Din's Fire, try to position yourself to either shield or dodge, then retaliate with forward aerials or down smash to capitalize on her cooldowns.
