Never rapid jab and you should be fine. Don't forget about his UpB OOS. Bowser is combo food and struggles at landing if he does not use a high risk Dair / Down B. Keep Him juggled - BlasterZKO

You can usually go for around 4 jab loops before hitting him with a side b. Jab locking him is really easy, too, so use that to your advantage. Try to avoid getting hit by nair and bair.

When Bowser is edgeguarding, you are gonna see Fair quite a lot, so either recover high and surprise him, or just counter.
