- Try killing Lucario around or before 100% all the while playing bait and punish. Be intimidating when he wants to charge AS. If he gets max AS engage in footsies but be defensive about it
- Lucario doesn't have the best edgeguarding game. Use this to your advantage and be on guard for a predictable attempt at an edgeguard to either airdodge, challenge it with side b/up b, or counter
- Little Mac doesn't struggle to kill which makes this an optimal matchup
