Lucario vs Ness

When facing Ness as Lucario, take advantage of your aerial mobility to approach from above, using your Nair to pressure him while avoiding his strong aerials. Watch for his PK Fire, as it can open up opportunities for you; when he uses it, you can quickly retaliate with your Down B to absorb the projectile and counterattack. Maintain your distance to bait out his options, and punish any missed PK Thunder with a well-timed Aura Sphere or an aerial combo. Remember that Ness's recovery is vulnerable, so look for chances to edge guard after you’ve knocked him off stage.
