Grab or dash attack Ganondorf to edge. Almost ever try to do this (switching to hard-combo him sometimes). When he tries to recover, just F-Air and airdodge back to ledge.

When you see Ganondorf charging something, fireball on him. Up-tilt when he is upper you on a plataform, or so close. Keep in mind your dash to edge is very dangerous for him.
