When playing Ness against Zelda, focus on utilizing your yo-yo to control space and punish her projectiles. Try to down B her Din's Fire when possible, but be cautious of her powerful up B, which can disrupt your recovery if you're not careful. Off-stage, limit your projectile use and instead apply pressure with aerials like nair and fair to keep her guessing, while using grabs to create openings. Remember that Zelda's neutral B can be devastating, so avoid getting caught in its range and look for opportunities to outmaneuver her.
Tips for Ness vs Zelda
When Zelda uses a projectile, I try my best to down B it. Might not work in the competitive meta, but it's the best I've got.
Limit use of projectiles to off-stage, beware of her upB when getting back on stage. Make use of the yo-yo range, and use nair/fair and grabs to keep her guessing. Her neutral B is brutal to Ness
