When Joker is offstage, capitalize on your edgeguarding opportunities to secure early kills, but remember to maintain your distance when Arsene is active, as his aerials can take you out quickly. If you find yourself above Joker, use your side B's armor to safely return to the stage while avoiding his powerful aerial moves.

Pretty hard match up. Be careful using your fruits, all of them can be countered and used to charge up Arsene. Do not shield a lot, and use your nair and hydrant to keep Joker from comboing you.
Everytime he is outside the stage go for an edgeguard, its ypur best opportunity to kill him. If you got yourself above Joker, use your armor in the side b to go back to the stage.
When Arsene is out, you can buy a lot of time outside the stage, but being very careful with the aerials of Joker, they can kill you very early, especially that bair
