Tips for Pichu vs Luigi
Luigi has a zero to death combo that starts off with a grab and lots of good grab combos. I think a counter to this character would be to try to shoot him with thunder right as he tries to grab you.
Pichu’s combos get broken easily by luigi Nair/ Down-B so you can’t go fo hard combos (Lightning loops, Etc.) so the best option is trying for raw moves and short combos. Pichu is not good against him
