Ryu vs Richter

When playing Ryu against Richter, focus on using your mobility to avoid his projectiles while looking for openings to engage. Bait out his Holy Water and Cross, then punish him with your Shoryuken or Hadouken when he overcommits. Keep an eye on your positioning; staying just outside of Richter's range allows you to react to his attacks and capitalize on his cooldowns. Utilize your focus attack to absorb his projectiles, turning the tide in your favor when you find the right moment to close the gap.
