try to force an aerial game against bowser, the combination of whirling fortress, flame breath, f-tilt, side-b and pivot grab means that approaching him grounded can be risky.
down throw to dash attack doesn't work until much later percents against bowser. your best bet is to up throw him and keep him in the air and punish his d-air/down b. Bowser has a hard time landing.
it's ok to not go for full combos against bowser. Bowser can break out of combos seemily at random due to tough guy and armor.
stage control is often better than percent against bowser, as bowser can kill extremely early with rage. a better gameplan for bowser is to stuff out his approaches with laser and aerials
bowser's main approach consist of f-air into either grab or a different punish. wait and punish the whiff or what the bowser does afterwards as f-air stuffs out wolfs approaches
