- Don't land with aerials. A well timed B-Reversed neutral B can get you out of disadvantage. Disrupt limit charge with eggs as you approach. Get him off stage and chase him off the level.
- You need to be extremely patient. Yoshi cannot punish any of Cloud's spaced aerials on shield. Most Clouds will land with aerials and continue pressuring with side-b or jab which are both punishable.
