Counter Tips

Use Ike or any character with either a counter (because of his up B) or who can gimp and has a good recovery

Little Macs usually like to counter, since their ground game is average and their aerial game is weak, they would try to look for gimps and shields to find weak spots ina character so grab frequently

Don't do anything fancy unless you know you can or you might get obliterated by his side b
