Samus is floaty enough to stall out Arsenne by playing hard-to-get. Bomb-stall offstage, tether the ledge and hang, and use aerials on the ledge while you wait out the meter.

Up-B out-of-shield stops almost every Joker approach option except grab, and Arsenne does not improve his throws.
