u have great kill power but no range so use your speed to catch him off gard and grab him push him off stage (he dont have that mutch options on the ledge cause he is too slow)

A good tip I can provide is to take advantage of ganon’s poor recovery and to get good at tech checks so you can just edgeguard him constantly and also learn to take advantage of his awful disadvantag

Ganon is so slow, just stay out of his way and utilize Bowser's good speed to avoid anything Ganon wants to do. Dash away from Ganon's command grab, turn and punish. Whiff punish all day.
