if i could swing my weiner around like this dude does his sword and have half the success i wouldnt have crippling self esteem issues
-
Remember that Flame choke is techable, if your opponent often tech rolls in your direction, consider flame choking the other way again to show them you cannot be messed with.
-
When above the stage, avoid using wizard's foot unless you're sure you will hit with either the kick or the landing hit box. There is a lot of end lag to this move, especially when using it in the air
-
Use warlock kick when launched in the air to get back on stage so that your opponent can take his time punishing you. Seriously don't do it.
-
Try chaining side bs to assert dominance
-

Always down throw to neutral air, its a little bit weird to get but trust me it is profitable. also if they are too high percent to do that, just try forward throw to rack up percent,f-throw does 18%
-
Ganondorf is slow af so mastering basic movement and advanced movement is vital to upping your game
-
Hit people as Ganon and you might win.
-
Use your Ftilt - it's really scary and people normally give up if you keep kneeing them. Works in real life as well :)
-
N-Air is according to ESAM, probably the best air-to-air in the game. If you think your opponent is going to jump, you should use N-Air to punish.
-
Like Captain Falcon, Ganon's Dark Dive (Up-B) can be used as a kill move. Use it out of shield, as an approaching mixup (instead of flame choke), or as a kill move near the ledge.
-
Warlock Punch, like most of Ganon's moveset, is more apt for punishing a failed move than leading a direct assault. Try landing one after an enemy recovers.
-
Doriah The Exploriah
uwu
-
Rip Sephiroth matchup, you just can't outrange him.
-
Ganon's nair is incredibly potent and quite powerful. It's often a safe move, but like any, try not to spam it. It can combo from down throw at high percents.
-
If the opponent doesn't tech flame choke, the only true follow up at any percent is down tilt. Do not try for smash attacks, as the opponent will either be in invincibility from rolling, or will attak
-
Use neutral air to approach, land, OOS, or anything. Trying not to be biased here, but I think that Ganon's nair is one of the best in the game. Combos out of down throw and stuffs weak projectiles.
-
Ganondorf does really well against characters that don't have has much disjoints, and or projectiles.
Ganondorf to be effective though needs to have his opponent in disadvantage for him to really shin
-
Throwing neutral air has two hits, the first kick is a good bait. It also allows the quickest transition to a special move. It's great for getting on stage and defending a spike.
-
Fwd-B to Fwd-Tilt is a kill combo if your opponent is having trouble teching the Flame Choke. If you expect a roll-away tech, try using Down-B to chase.
-
Learn RAR and your back-air will be a strong pressure&kill move.
-
If your opponent spams counters, flame choke if you read one
-
Learn hitboxes and stuns to help learn spacing with this character. Also you'll be punished for nearly every move so to counter that, try to make the opponent panic. You still have power.
-
Gannon is a slow character make use of his speed by spitting Ariel attacks out of shield to cover enemy options after being shield pressured.
-
Flame Choke, Nair, Up - smash. Your bread and butters. Make your opponent second guess his approaches, PUNISH their mistakes. Become a Mind game.
-
GO FOR DISRESPECT!!! ALWAYS GO FOR DAIR SPIKE!!!
-
Dash attack - short hop up air- doriyah. Seriously. If they aren't expecting it this can easily kill, and if they somehow survive they'll be around 70. Yes, it only works at 0-10, but still.
-
Side special, then down tilt usually covers most options for the opponent to escape. For some people who don't tech after getting Flame Choked, down smash is mad powerful.
-
throw him offstage as samus and use
-
If some is sparing and spamming projectiles use down b read rolls with the sword and if there pressuring you try to use nair and down throw and short hop to nair great for racking up damage.
-
Make sure to use quick attacks but use smash attacks and warlock punch when they are stuck
-
When launched way into the blast zone, use air dodge up right to the stage, then jump, then up special, or any order as needed to make it back. People will be surprised just how far Ganon can go!
-
Use Up Smash to read rolls, usefull for when you either respawn or the enemy respawn
-
turn off your switch when you encounter pyra/mythra
-
when someone is trying to recover try to down smash them it covers the role get up attack it kind of covers the jump and it also covers them just standing there
-
Make sure to use Neutral Air and Back Air as a zoning option to force your opponent to be approach and thus giving letting you punish with Flame Choke or Up Air depending on how they approach
-
He’s very hot in Tears Of The Kingdom
-
Grab back throw jump side b + whatever you want can be a really good combo if you execute it right
-
Ignore all the hate fam you hype love my boy Doryiah (ganondorf from zelda) ((from link game)) (follow my twiier @yaboy)
-
Be careful with Nair. It may be a good move but if try to short hop with it they'll fall out of the first hit. And of course since they fell out, I think you know what happens. (u get punished)
-
You see that stick on the right side of your controller? Just slap it around, your opponent will run into your massive sword at some point.
-
His aerials can pack a punch if someone is recovering high, use a few up aerials. Or just use up B or your front or up smash
-
Don't use Ganon except as a hard counter-pick. He has very few viable options in any given situation, he loses out in most move exchanges, and his recovery is terrible due to his poor air mobility.
-
Uses warlock punch against mashers. It works
-
you can spam side b when they get up, their rolls are extremely readable, and if they get up attack thats another side b punish or an attack, and if they jump its also a punish with an aerial.
-
Dont use random down B in neuteral.
-
Once again, they've not only designed this character to not be able to compete, they refuse to adjust his viability for competitive play to appease the the droves of online players who would complain.
-
When launched up offstage using Down Special can sometimes help you recover quickly and mixup. Also might prevent your opponent from edgeguarding you if they go high I don't recommend spamming though.
-
3 simple words... Dor-Yi-Yah! Till there dead
-
(space) The uptilt is a great ledge trap
-
If your opponent shields a lot, take note of that and try to punish them with uptilt. Spamming this move is not advised, though.
-
dont just nair it may not seem like it but ganondorf is a really strong character when it comes to fighting off stage so mix up your attacks and try keep them guessing
-
ganon is bad ..................................
-
Down b is best grab that ganondorf has
-
Specifically for Squirtle (and similar in weight/speed) matchups, f-smash tends to ****** crush them if you can get a good read. It's got good range, and is hard for them to punish from full distance.
-
character is braindead as **** lmao just throw your whole switch away
-
Hay look the pedifile from melee were he likes children sizing his ****
