Byleth's up air can actually ignore Joker's counter when he has arsene since it's multi hit. Try to juggle him in the air as much as possible cause you really don't have many chances to hit him
When he’s in downwards gun(rainstorm or something), try to move sideways and punish with either fair or bair. Unless he has Arsene in which respect it.
