Use Lucario's counter against gordos; you'll not only deflect the gordo but, depending on your position, might also hit King Dedede and his %&@# crouch taunt

Be wary of his neutral special - it reflects aura sphere and multiplies the power, and possibly the speed. Launching it out in the open with no setup is a big no-no.

Just shoot a single aura sphere and he'll hit himself with the gordo
