Because Falco easily outpaces PPlant and combos him (PPlant is a superheavy weight), you'll need to approach Falco with 2 frame jabs, instant dash attacks, and well placed fairs.
Keep your distance from his multi-hits aerials and a take it off of you with fair. Also, bait ptooie a lot and carefully use down b armor and down b cancel to avoid punishes.
dont use ptooie in neutral, his blaster nullifies it and leaves you ready to be combo food
