Counter Tips

A fun matchup. My suggestion is that if Ken performs the inputs, perform your own input versions of your moves and combos, and use the time the Ken is preparing his to your advantage.

Many of Kens attacks do little shield damage, and you can usually afford to keep your shield up against his flurry of attacks. Use the time while shielding to charge input up B to punish his shoryuken

Try to keep him off stage as much as possible. Both of these character struggle off stage so you're both going to be trying to be center stage.
