Don't land with aerials. A well timed B-Reversed neutral B can get you out of disadvantage. Disrupt limit charge with eggs as you approach. Get him off stage and chase him off the level.

You need to be extremely patient. Yoshi cannot punish any of Cloud's spaced aerials on shield. Most Clouds will land with aerials and continue pressuring with side-b or jab which are both punishable.
