Jigglypuff is light, so rack up the damage with jabs and Nairs. Down-tilt if she's attacking near the ground, and watch out for Pound! It lasts a long time and beats everything you have!

Jigglypuff usually goes for Pound(air)+nair. You can catch her with an upsmash after the shield hit if she is not too close to the ground, as ganondorf crouch during this move and avoids the nair

You will get edgeguarded if you dont mix up your recovery. Rack up damage with safe moves and side b down tilt(or read your opponents tech) Look out for pound and retreat and punish
