Shield as much as possible, then play aggressively. You have almost no room to stand still. Be prepared for bullcrap.

If you think the Pikachu will neutral B, you can run under them and anti air, or you could full hop back air, which will hit the T-Jolt and extend the hitbox and hit Pikachu.

cloud is well known for his neutral playstyle. keeping it neutral can possibly out match pikachu’s aggressive style, using fair, bair, neutral air, and side special. charge limit when u get the chance

Blade Beams can trade with T Jolts. This can mess up approaching Pikas sometimes.

blade beam as much as the pika t jolts. evade and punish as best you can, and you might break even lol

if cloud is facing the right side, cross slash can catch an approaching pika out of the air. this will not work as well if cloud is facing left side. feels small, but good to know
