You don't need cape to reflect gordos, just approach with fireball and it will reflect the gordos in a high speed, much better than cape. But do notice that they can suck the gordo and spit it back.
The D3 Matchup you gotta reflect Gordos and wait to punish him cuz D3 Is so Easy to punish and Edge guard him w Dash Attack and Fluud
